Note
Collection of 63 emblems about Avarice and Generosity, both by the Rhetores and Poetae of the Brussels Jesuit college from 1671. The Rhetores part is preceded by a poem inspired by Colossians 3,2. The Poetae part is preceded by an reproduction of a painting linked to the Eucharist and accompagned by an explanatory poem. It is likely that the watercolourist is the same as for the year 1670. On fol. 58, the poem has been cross out and replaced on the back by another student's poem.
